Stephen Rowland has served as a member of the board of directors since October 2008 and serves on the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and Compensation Committee.
He has been an executive with Glencore, one of the world’s largest diversified natural-resource companies since 1988. Mr. Rowland has held various positions with responsibility for international trading in metals and minerals in London, Switzerland and the U.S. He resides in Connecticut.
